Technical Support Services
As an Elite Partner of Nuance Communications Healthcare Solutions NGT, Inc. can provide technical support services for the Dragon Medical product line in a number of formats. Support can be provided on-site, remotely, by telephone, and by e-mail. With access to Partner Support, we are able to access Nuance Engineer capabilities if needed.
On-site services are provided at a rate of $110/hour and mileage and travel charges may apply.
Remote technical services are provided at a rate of $90/hour. We host the remote connection so there are no additional costs associated with remote access.
We do provide ongoing maintenance and support for Dragon Medical technologies for number of our clients by Agreement; this can provide for improved response times and priority services.

PowerMic II Info for Use on Windows 8
As part of our continuing commitment to customer service we wanted to let you know that Nuance has released a PowerMic II driver update for Microsoft Windows 8. You may download the update in the following ways:

The 11.0 update for Medical Enterprise updates existing files, namely usbmgr.dll and hiddev.dll, which are installed with earlier versions of Dragon Medical Practice Edition. These files provide support for PowerMic II when Dragon Medical Practice Edition is installed on Windows 8.
